Brookfield Residential's Magnolia development, a new 277 townhome community (263 market rate and 14 affordable homes) is located in the Arcadia neighborhood of Los Angeles County. Brookfield is the builder and developer of these homes. Habitat LA is offering underwriting services to assist Brookfield in finding qualified buyers for the 14 affordable homes. The final decision on who will buy the homes will be made in partnership with Los Angeles County and Brookfield Homes. If there are more qualified applicants than units available, we will use a randomized lottery system to select the final buyers. Buyers will not receive a loan from Habitat LA and will need to secure their own financing to purchase the home at the affordable price.

This beautiful development features 277 townhomes (263 market rate and 14 affordable homes) with a community clubhouse, playground, BBQ and firepits.
