Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles (Habitat LA) is proud to offer 14 affordable townhomes as part of Brookfield Residential's Magnolia, a 277 townhome community (263 market rate and 14 affordable homes) located in the Arcadia neighborhood of Los Angeles County.
OUR SITE
This beautiful development features 277 townhomes (263 market rate and 14 affordable homes) with a community clubhouse, playground, BBQ and firepits.
Since the official construction kick-off in October 2023, the Habitat LA crew and volunteers have been hard at work laying the foundation, framing the walls, hanging drywall, and installing plumbing and electrical systems!
